* 23% Buyer's premium will be added to your purchase with all credit card transactions. * 23% Buyer's premium will be added to your purchase for all cash and local check payments. We MUST be notified in advance if you plan on paying with cash or a Florida check as all credit cards will be processed 3 days following the close of the auction. * A credit card is required for registration. Three days following the close of the auction, the credit card you registered with will be charged for all of your purchases if not paid before then. * All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults and no representation or warranty expressed or implied. All sales are final. NO RETURNS or REFUNDS. * All descriptions are believed accurate but not waranteed. * Bidder inspection is encouraged during our preview time, or at a time scheduled by bidder. * By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. * We reserve the right to reject any bid. * Live in person bids, phone bids, and left bids will be entered as competing bids. In person bids take precedence over online bids when bids are tied. * Winning bidder is to pay all applicable taxes unless we are provided with a tax resale certificate in advance. * Full payment must be made at the close of the auction in USD. Methods of payment are MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or Discover. Payment must be made by the registered bidder with the credit card on file. * For payment, if you have a card on file with Live Auctioneers, it will be automatically charged 72 hours after you receive your invoice. * When the lot has and multiplication sign followed by a number (x2), this indicates the lot is being sold "times the money". Times the money means that the bidder pays the bid amount times the number of items in the lot. It is the bidder's responsibility to understand the manner in which items are being sold. * Items will be available for pick up as follows - for Monday auctions: Tuesday (from 10-4) and Wednesday (from 10-4); for Friday night auctions: Saturday 10-2, Monday and Tuesday 10-4 following the auction. * Any items not removed by the end of the last weekly pickup day, shall revert back to the seller with NO REFUND. " Buyers agree not to dispute any credit card charges and consent to buy at their bid price. * We reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures. *Berner's Auction does not handle any shipping in house, however, we work closely with our local UPS store. If you have not contacted Berner's Auction to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
