The majority of these clocks have been in the home of a private collector for over 30 years and may require cleaning or adjustments, weights provided may or may not be original to the clock. Watch sizes and jewel counts are approximate as the movements were not examined out of cases. If accounts are not paid in full within 5 days, or in the case of absentee bidders, upon presentation of a bill, any and all deposits left on said items will be forfeited by the purchaser. Schmidt's Antiques Inc. reserves the right to sell unpaid items left over 30 days either by private or public sale, at our discretion, without any further notice to the defaulter. The defaulter will be responsible for any such deficiency that may arise, plus any expenses incurred in reselling any defaulted upon items. A 25% BUYERS PREMIUM WILL BE ADDED TO ALL LOTS
