TERMS OF SALE We have attempted to accurately describe all Items being sold, but all property offered for sale is strictly "as-is". It is the bidder's responsibility (whether in person, by phone, or by mail) to determine the exact condition of each Item. No statement in this catalogue, sale bill, invoice, internet posting or other document by associates of T & T Archaeological Consulting, LLC or Brent H. Fuchs Auctioneering shall be deemed to be warranty, representation or assumption of liability with respect to age, condition, size, quality, importance, variety, provenance or historical reference- as related to any sale Item(s). Any such statements are strictly opinions. Photographs in this catalogue and on-line are of the actual objects being sold, but exact condition of the objects offered is their condition the day of the sale. T & T Archaeological Consulting is not responsible for any typographical errors or omissions in this catalogue or in on-line postings. There will be absolutely NO returns or adjustments of any kind. The Auctioneer will be the final judge as to which bidder is the highest bidder. In event of any dispute in this matter, the auctioneer shall use his own discretion to decide whether to reopen the bid or not. Title to all merchandise shall pass to the highest bidder at the fall of the Auctioneer's "hammer." The Purchaser shall assume full risk and responsibility for the lot purchased once title has passed. The buyer must pay Indiana sales Tax (7%) unless exception is allowed under laws regulating such tax. Out of state sales tax numbers are accepted. If you buy absentee, online or phone you do not pay Indiana Sales Tax if items are shipped out of state. All in-house buyers will pay sales tax unless tax exempt. There is a 13% Buyer's Premium for all auction site, phone and absentee-bid purchases. There is a 16% Buyer's Premium for internet purchases. All accounts are to be settled by the end of the sale unless other arrangements have been made. Payment may be made by cash or personal check if approval has been established with T & T Archaeological Consulting, LLC. Personal or business checks may require a letter of credit from the bank of record. All costs relative to collecting monies owed resulting from a check written without sufficient funds will be charged to the buyer to the maximum extent allowed by Indiana law. VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and DISCOVER are all ACCEPTED. A 3% processing fee (by credit card company) will be applied. All payments for absentee purchases must be received by January 25, 2015. No Items will be removed until paid for. We reserve the right to refuse admittance to any individual or group.
