TERMS OF SALE OCTOBER 17, 2015 INTERNET ONLY ARTIFACT AUCTION Prehistoric items purchased in this auction may be returned by absentee bidders (internet) within 28 days following the auction. We must be notified of the return. It must arrive at our location no more than 28 days following the DATE OF THE AUCTION. No exceptions. There will be absolutely no returns or adjustments of any kind made 29 days or more after the date of the auction. No statement in this catalogue, invoice or any other document by associates of T & T Archaeological Consulting, LLC shall be deemed to be warranty, representation or assumption of liability with respect to age, condition, size quality, importance, variety, provenance or historical reference- as related to any sale Item(s). Any such statements are strictly matters of opinion. Photographs in this catalogue are of the actual objects being sold, but exact condition of the objects offered is their condition day of the sale. T & T Archaeological Consulting is not responsible for any typographical errors or omissions in this catalogue. Live Auctioneers will be the final judge as to which bidder is the highest bidder. One item will be sold every minute or so. Don't wait until the last second to bid. Title to all merchandise shall pass to the highest bidder at the fall of the "auctioneer's "hammer." We shall endeavor, in all means of bid collection, to receive and place all absentee bids (either through Live Auctioneers or ourselves), however T&T Archaeological Consulting, LLC is not responsible for the failed execution of any bid. The Purchaser shall assume full risk and responsibility for the lot purchased once title has passed. The buyer must pay Indiana sales Tax (7%) unless exception is allowed under laws regulating such tax. Out of state sales tax numbers are accepted. You do not pay Indiana Sales Tax if Items are shipped out of state. There is a 15% Buyer's Premium for internet purchases. All accounts are to be settled by the end of the sale unless other arrangements have been made. Payment may be made by cash or personal check if approval has been established with Tony Putty or T & T Archaeological Consulting, LLC. No items removed or shipped until paid for. Absentee purchases must be paid for within 21 days following the auction. VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, AND DISCOVER ARE ALL ACCEPTED. A small 3% processing charge (by credit card company) will be applied. Buyer will pay shipping costs. We ship priority mail with basic $50 insurance to keep your costs low.
