Buyers Premium: A buyer's premium of 13% will be added to the final bid price for each lot to determine the total purchase price. 2. Participation Requirements: Valid credit card required for online bidding approval. Sales Tax: Residents of Kentucky will be charged state sales tax of 6% that will be applied to all sales, including Buyers Premium, unless a Tax Exemption Certificate has been completed and signed prior to the close of auction. Out of state sales tax numbers will be accepted. Kentucky state sales tax WILL NOT apply to items shipped Out of the State of Kentucky. 5. All property is being sold as is. The Auction House reserves the right to withdraw any lot prior to being offered in the auction and shall have no liability whatsoever for withdrawal of the property. 7. The high bidder acknowledged by the auction house operator shall be the purchaser of that lot. The auction house operator is the sole determinant as to who is the successful bidder. Once an item is declared as "sold", the successful bidder assumes full risk and responsibility for the purchased lot. In the event of a disputed bid between an on-site, phone, or absentee bidder and internet bidder, the auction house operator shall determine the winning bidder. 8. Your bid is a contract. All pottery, large or oversized items will require additional shipping charges and will be charged based on the items weight or size. A live auction moves at an uncertain pace, so any beginning or ending time displayed may not be accurate.
