I won 3 lots at their auction, one of which just "went missing". That was the lot I had unfortunately paid most for, and most looked forward to, but it was never delivered. It was either shipped to someone else on accident (lucky them), or completely misplaced... not very satisfying answers but what can ya do. The other 2 lots came in with no issue and I was refunded for the missing lot. Oh well!

Items were in very poor condition and auction house was not responsive. Not a good situation and when I tried to resolve they filed a dispute against me despite showing them evidence of there misrepresentations.

Could not have been any better

I got a couple of items from them but was frustrated with the shipping process, made worse by the firm's poor and somewhat arrogant communication. The articles arrived more than six weeks after payment, but the whole experience left much to be desired.

I was extremely pleased with the items I bid on. Online auctions can be difficult if you are unable to view in person, but after visiting the gallery, I would feel very comfortable bidding on future auctions.

A nice piece, and exactly as advertised. The shipping was slower than the average Live Auctioneers auction house though; had to send multiple email reminders. But it did arrive quickly once shipped, and was well-packaged.

The item I received was packed well and in the condition stated online. However, I wanted to pay in four installments through "Zip." PayPal was not an option. Zip turned out to be non-functioning. I was informed by the auction house that they were going to charge my account for the full amount which, fortunately, I could pay, but I was surprised at this when I had tried to contact them regarding the installment plan. I e-mailed Premier Auction Galleries four times and never got a response; also called three times and only got a recorded outgoing message, never got a call back. Nor did they send me an e-mail telling me when my item was shipped, nor did they send a tracking number. I received my item two weeks after the payment cleared. I am very happy with the item, and it was well packed, but I would have appreciated some acknowledgment of my inquiries.

Purchased this item as described "high quality silk rug." Received a polyester prit job. Trash.

Arrived quickly, very well wrapped, in pristine condition

Items were shipped in a small USPS priority box and I was charged $32. I contacted Premier before they shipped and they never contacted me back. I will not be buying from them again on Liveauctioneers. I don't mind paying a auction premium, but getting screwed on shipping should not be tolerated.
