I’ve tried to contact this auctioneer 3 times to get my item won shipped-no response-I assume I won’t receive my item I paid for immediately after receiving the invoice

Shipping fee on invoice was not correct, package could not be delivered until extra cost premium was paid to the Post Office. Premier did not respond to our communications regarding this matter. Customer response and support is certainly lacking. Package labeling was not correct in regard to Fragile Shipment label.

Estrimily satisfied with the auction house, but must give a special thanks to the shipping service!!!!

Very helpful professional experience

Premier has good material at very fair prices. I paid immediately after winning the auction. I've tried to contact them several times, both by phone and email, so that I might pick up my item, and I still have not heard from them. This isn't the first time that this has happened. Before, they attributed it to being understaffed and various other difficulties. Fine. But again? Not so much. I will continue to do business with them, but with caution.

So delightful to work with-and perfect shipping and packaging! Thank you!

I bid on a Rolex Datejust watch in your last auction and was high bidder, when I returned to the lot it stated lot pass, there was no reserve bid, stated, now when I went back to see my bid on watch their is no info.

They made a shipping error which they fixed once I inquired about the location of the item. It was an unprofessional error, inconvenient for me and cost them more than the item to rectify! I do, however, credit them for correcting their mistake promptly. Overall, shipping has become a major issue for me with all of these online auctions. Generally, I no longer bid in auctions that do not provide in-house shipping. Even when they do, delays are long. For me this issue is a MAJOR glitch in the whole system and I find myself participating less as a result. Another issue is the failure to provide more than a cursory description of the item, and more than one photo. Both of these issues make online auctions compare poorly to eBay!

Shipping cost should be less; tracking number wasn't given to me after I requested it; pictures were good how ever it didn't really show what was in each bag. All around very friendly and prompt service!

I still haven't gotten delivery of item I bought

I never had response from them and I never receiced the items bid on. Will contact paypal next to try to get a refund.

I was sent the wrong item. I was initially very upset, as this was a gift. However, the person for I got it for was just as happy with what was sent as well as the item I won. This auction house needs to be more vigilant in the future to insure what is won is what is shipped.

i had missing items from my lot, and i emailed twice, and no one ever responded will not be a customer on liveauctioneers again

Packing arrangement excellent-beyond superb.

Everything has gone well with all my purchases so far. I've made a few, too. Most recent purchase from Budapest Posters was amazing. Budapest to Cleveland, OH in three days. It took my grandparents a lot longer than that.

There really should be a better way to calculate shipping.

I paid for my purchase two weeks ago. Since that time, I have reached out to the auction house on 3 different occasions to confirm that my purchase has been shipped and to receive tracking information. To date, I have not received a single response and have now filed a claim with Paypal.

Great people, easy to work with, responsive and interested. I was delighted with prompt invoicing, ease of making payment and excellent shipping. I absolutely would bid in another auction of theirs and definitely would recommend them.

Answered phone and processed credit card promptly. Promised to call back same day with shipping quote, which did not happen. Calls to voice mail not returned. Today, voice and email full so not able to leave message. They have my money and merchandise. Calling VISA tomorrow to see if I can get my money back.

I paid my invoice within 24 hours. I had to call almost 3 weeks later to ask where my items were. When u did they had to go looking for them and they were still sitting there. Someone "overlooked" them. If I hadn't called I wouldn't ever had received them. I'm still waiting.

My fragile item was professionally and securely packed by the auction house and arrived in perfect condition. It arrived very quickly as well. I was extremely pleased with the purchase process with them.

I have been trying to get someone to answer my phone calls and emails to no avail.

fur caplet had major damage that was not described in condition report. i have emailed them and sent photos of damage for their review and have heard nothing back at all. I will not buy from them again. and furthermore am now very wary of bidding on clothes/furs because of this experience.-perhaps the only safe thing to buy online are "hard items" that are less delicate....?
