Check Those Photos!
I purchased at item from PAG based on the item description. In general, through auctions on LiveAuctioneers, I assume that an item's description includes the written description and the photos included with that written description. Check out the photos for PAG's Dec 17, 2020, auction, lot # 0084 (https://www.liveauctioneers.com/item/********** 1_vintage-baseball-card-collection-1 **********-star-power), see what you think. Here's their reply, when I requested that they send me the missing items (pictures 3 and 4): "Sorry for our oversight. It appears that we did not catch the oversight in advance of the auction. Those two photos actually should not have been with that lot, but another lot. They obviously do not match the description, which does do [ sic ] into great detail and lists a total of (45) cards. Sincere apologies and completely understand if you intend to return the lot." I appreciate the acknowledgment of their error, and their willingness to take back the item. I was disappointed, however, in that they did not even offer to pay the return postage/insurance and in no other way offered to "make it right." With a little detective work, one can determine that photos 3 and 4. comprised a different lot. What was its value or winning bid? One might argue that my winning bid, and what I paid for, included that additional lot. I'm sure this is just a unique example of a bit of disgruntlement from a winning bidder. I thought I was getting more than I actually got.

Sorry for the unpleasant experience. Thank you for posting our remedy to an admittedly obvious error. We have been conducting auctions since 2009 and had over 7, 000 transactions on Live Auctioneers. This is the first occurrence of offering a refund to remedy, not hearing back from the buyer and getting a negative feedback. Of course the return shipping costs would be refunded as well. Sorry again about the mistake and misleading you that there were an extra (200) cards in the lot above the described (45) cards.

Problems with their UPS shipper
No problems with items, just UPS shipper very inefficient. Waited 3-weeks for pick-up, took another week & 2 more calls to get quote for shipping. Finally packing done very well for such fragile items and pkg. arrived overnight.

Good auction houses respond to left messages
Most auction buyers know that auction buying has pitfalls. But when something is not what it is advertised to be, that should be the basis for a return. I'm not talking about condition issues I'm talking about something being sold as a painting which was not a painting. When it comes to art, be careful about the lot descriptions from this auction house. First and last time buyer.

Worthless pieces
Descriptions incorrect, items in poor condition, probably worthless. They changed the description at one point and I ask to change my bid. Neither Premier Auctions or Live Auctions would help.

HONEST, FIRST CLASS, RELIABLE DEALER.
Called the gallery with a question about shipping. Had a very nice, cordial and fairly lengthy conversation with amazingly satisfactory results. I've been a dealer since the late 70s and I can tell in a NY minute if I am dealing with a person of integrity. This Auction House absolutely fits that bill. Great item and auction. Shipping is a concern
Overall great auction and item. Shipping was another matter. Frame was broken when it arrived however it was taped so it did not damage the print. Will surely do business with them again. Every other part of the process was good!

Fantastic shipping dept.
This was my first auction with Premier. We do roughly 20 auctions and estate sale a month. The items we won were as described. We won them at a great price. We had the shipped. I can honestly say that I was very worried about 6 if the items. Very fragile antique lamp shades. Very thin glass. Well, much to my surprise, everything, including the shades were very well wrapped. Bubble wrapped with so much bubble wrap I could sew it together and make a queen size blanket!! The shipping cost was reasonable as well. Premier is now on my short list of auction houses to do auctions with. If zi had one concern, it's that they don't send an email with tracking info once your items ship, unless you ask for it. Luckily, I did and they sent it! It may be a good idea to state this in your shipping terms! I still give them 5 stars!!

I have no clue where my item is
I paid the invoice I sent messages and got no response, then I got a call out of the blue from some gentleman who said that you would pick up my items in the house and send me an invoice for shipping I have not received an invoice and I have not received an answer to any of my further emails
