Should have been packaged better and sent FRAGILE since it was.

I made my first purchase with Kraft a few weeks back. It was a watch and upon delivery and inspection it met my expectations as the pictures and detail provided was very exact. I will deal again soon with Kraft Auctions.

lack communication

I really like that they do in-house shipping but the packing could have been better. I received a $500 glass vase that was not double boxed and the box it came in was barely bigger than the item. I held my breath and It wasn't broken but at least a bigger box with a lot more packing material would have been better.

The bidding process was fine, but my $250 (including shipping) bronze sculpture arrived broken into 5 pieces. I called to complain and was told to e-mail pictures which I immediately did. That was a week ago and I’m still waiting to hear from them. Meanwhile I’m out $250 and sitting here with a broken sculpture. Not sure what’s taking so long since they obviously either broke it prior to shipping or wrapped it inadequately. Either way, their customer service is really lacking.

Everything I received was just as described. The entire process of bidding, paying and shipping was quickly and easily accomplished. Thanks so much.

We purchased an antique terra cotta statue head. It was just as good as the photos showed. In fact, we even received a bronze stand to mount it on, that was not mentioned in the description... a real plus! This is the easiest auction house to deal with of the many I have dealt with over the years. Registration was quick, bidding and payment was easy, and shipping was expeditious. I had one lot that was under dispute, but one email and a rapid phone response from Allison solved the issue right away. Really happy with Kraft. Thanks!

I got technical snafus during this auction with bids on 2 items & lost track of what happened. Kraft did not & was quickly responsive to shipping/payment questions. Friendly & dont seem to treat shipping as an albatross like some. will not hesitate to participate with this house again.

KRAFT AUCTION SERVICE ARE HONEST GOOD PEOPLE. HAVING SAID THAT, I HAVE HAD ITEMS DAMAGED/MISSING PIECES AND HAVING CONTACTED THE AUCTIONEER NO RESULTS. ITEMS THAT ARE SINGLE IN NATURE ALTHOUGH OTHER ITEMS PURCHASED WITH IT, ARE SHIPPED INDIVIDUALLY WITH A PACKAGING COST OF 25.00 PLUS ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGE WHICH ITEMS COULD HAVE BEEN COMBINED. I AM NOT A COLLECTOR BUT PURCHASE FOR RESALE. LIKE I SAID THIS MAN SELLS QUALITY ITEMS BUT SOMEWHERE IN THE SHIPPING PROCESS THERE IS A PROBLEM.

Overall a great experience!! The only problem was the shipping was a little too high, other than that first rate!!

They only tell you the good not the bad. Didnt state missing the insert. To me looks never to have been used would of had the insert. Why remove the insert if its not used???? And why didnt they tell you it was missing???? "The set looks to have never been used and comes complete with three program cartridges, TV set, and instructions."

I'm very pleased with the lots that I won and the staff were very helpful. But it could be difficult to get hold of Kraft on occasions and they didn't really reply to emails. The shipping was fine in the end but it did take some time to arrange the shipment. Overall, I'm very pleased and I'd use Kraft again. Thanks.

This was a lot of money for me to invest, and Kraft (the actual service people) were very thoughtful and helpful. When it comes to shipping, it can be extremely expensive and make the buying an impossible transaction when the cost to ship is soooo expensive. Kraft (the staff) was able to help me find an alternative shipping company and I was able to save hundreds of dollars. In the scheme of things it wasn't a large percentage, but dollars count, and shipping is not of transferrable value, so it was great to have my items delivered to me and save me hundreds of dollars. I appreciate they were able and willing to connect me to a great shipper.

Considering the buyer fee shipping could be more reasonable.

Customer service (If you can call it that) was atrocious to put it mildly, nothing but endless back and forth, this that the other thing, hang ups and abuse by some women that lacks personal skills. This was my first and last time ever dealing with them so I don't know if it was just me, bad timing or what.... Also when dealing with firearms it seems they don't care much for tractability when related to the LAW.

Hi, This is the worst experience I have ever had. I bought these items on the 27th of January. After 2weeks of not receiving an invoice I called and ask if there was a problem. I was told that they did not expect so many on line in purchase and were behind. I am a reasonable person. I said I understand and she said she would get it as soon as possible. I was also asked if I would pick items up as I am only approx. 20 miles away. I said no, as I have my 92 year old mother in law living with me now and could not leave. I paid for the items. After waiting to hear what the shipping would cost would be. I finally called on Feb. 19th and ask what was going on. I was put on hold and they said shipping was 20.00 and was on the work table and would be going out. I never received a tracking number. I called on Friday the 22nd and ask to speak to Vicky. I was put on hold and then told she was on another call and would call me back. It is Saturday the 23 and have still not heard from Vicky, recieved a tracking number, or my merchandise. This is just not acceptable. I can only assume that other people are have a similar fate. Regards, Bob cell # **********

Am very satisfied with the way the transaction was handled. They did everything in a very professional manner. The shipper gave me a reasonable estimate and I was happy. I will purchase more items from their Auction House.

Horrible shipping. Very hostile staff. It took Kraft two weeks after receiving the payment to ship the item and that was after filing a claim with visa and reverting the payment.
