I guess my purchase was delivered to the address in AL, I live in Australia and will pick it up in November.

The jewelry it’s fake!!

I had a question about shipping and emailed 2 times and no one replied. When i finally got telephone number, young girl on the line was short and acted as if i was bothering her.

Karft is very mindful of shipping costs. They pack and ship in-house. Shipping costs will drive Live Auctioneers out of business.

Very disappointed in massive over charge and Loooooooooong wait for shipping.

Great experience. They were Very Patient while I arranged shipping. The problem with most auction houses on Liveauctioneers is that they do not allow enough time for bidders out of the area to arrange shipping. Kraft was extremely accommodating. Young lady that answered the phone was very helpful.

The worst! Never responded to any of my many messages and calls. The worst customer service ever. Still no response anc no item, that I paid for 2 weeks ago.

Terrible auction house. The man who took my payment was a smart ads when I asked about shipping. Auction was almost 3 weeks ago and I still haven’t received my item. It also cost $28 to send a silk flag. Give me a break. Total ripoff.

Kraft refuses to answer my emails, but apparently received them as they did try to offer a reduced shipping cost. They took over 2 weeks to even have the item ready to ship. I needed it that week for a gun show. They’ve cost me sales, interest charges, and wasted time. I’ve asked numerous times to refund due to what they’ve cost. They will not respond to email. They charged twice what shipping should have been. I do not wish to do any business with them and recommend others avoid them. This is ridiculous. I paid timely, they can’t even package and ship for weeks. Every other business would have issued a refund. All services I do business with would have mandated I issue a refund if I had delayed shipment this long after someone had paid. THIS IS NOT HOW YOU RUN A BUSINESS!!

Quality of the items was accurately reflected in the description. Items were well packed and shipped with signature required. I am very happy with my purchase and the transaction.

Just the right people to run auctions and deliver.

I am sure they are a good auction house, but they charged us $58 in shipping for a small item that still isn't here 3 WEEKS after winning the auction. They have to do a better job at getting the items boxed and out the door. Very dissatisfied.

Very show shipping and poor response its been two weeks and still have not received my package, Called next day for payment but still have not received item.

I requested additional photos prior to the auction and never received a reply.

I'm still waiting for my item. Which I tried to pay for multiple times. They then overcharged my credit card so I am awaiting the item and a refund check. They charged for 2 day shipping and I am 7 days and counting on this item. They have been friendly and responsive. But for a $4, 000 item I expect much more than this!

lot 1379: Wolverine No. 31 Merry-Go-Round Wind Up Toy I will NOT be bidding on your toys anymore shipping is way to HIGH and slow. $80.00 to $135.00 estimate for shipping a 2 to 4 pound $200.00 toy ($25.00 shipping cost and $55.00 for boxing material and labor, is bit too much for me) and I still have not received the auction item. Lot # 4477 in the description it did not mention the piece missing on the shotgun's gun stock just that it was cracked-I looked for the crack (during live auction) and I felt that gorilla glue would fix it but after the auction I reviewed the pictures and saw the piece missing on the gun stock, which requires a little more money and work.. I emailed and Kraft auctions and they never responded. I call and was told that it was in the pictures. So, no more spur of the moment live auction biding for me, I just can't depend on Kraft auctions descriptions, which is fine with me. Shipping cost on the guns, I felt was fair.

Internet buyers should have the same auction rights as those present. I was bidding on a jeep and the auctioner slow played my bid 1min 44 seconds and it goes to someone who was there. Two items I wanted to bid on closed faster than I could bid, floor bidder got them. We all make friends in our work, got it, but we still need to do an honest and fair auction. calling me after the auction asking me to buy a jeep that someone else didn't pay for didn't sit well, serves them right

I won three auctions. The first auction payment process was very easy to complete online. The second two auction was the complete opposite. I could not find away to pay online even though it said I could. I had to call Kraft Auction House and pay over the phone. The woman was extremely nice and helpful. Also I sent several emails about shipping and never received a response. I still have not received my two other items.

Not full, great pictures on all items.

Was overcharged, had to call to have charges corrected. Was later charged $37 to have a 2lb package shipped via ground from Indiana to Ohio. This ever having paid their ludicrous seller's fee out 20 %. I won't participate in any future auctions as a result.

is this just a once a year auction

They would not respond to repeated emails, nor answer the phone and the voicemail box was full so I couldn't even leave a message. Then they tried to tell me I was past due in payment when I spent two weeks trying to pay them. They were rude, unhelpful and unpleasant to deal with. They just shipped my products today, once I inspect them my review may get better or worse. Overall I will never bid on anything offered by these people again.

The Kraft auction was to large for their operation, still have not received item-phone message service full, they do call back over time. Gun shipped Feb first, auction date? Tracking # doesn't work waiting to talk to live person "again". Not sure what to do. Item # 4447. Item & shipping paid for. Concerned Steve
