Excellent service

A relatively fast-paced auction but doesn't rush the bidder. All items are well described and photos are plentiful. If there is a question (as in my case) BA responds immediately. No concerns or issues from start to finish. Oh, and their attention to packing and shipping is excellent. My itmes were generously wrapped in bubble-wrap and then placed in a box within the outer/shipping box! Kudos to Bertoia Auctions for ensuring my train items (very delicate 1930's pieces) arrived without damage. Thank you!!!
