Fast delivery for international customers.

I've dealt with several auction houses. All of them stayed in contact until I received my items.... except Milestone. I had to call them three times over a month to find out where my item was. I was LIED TO each time that it was shipping that or the next day. I got no confirmation that it was paid for; no confirmation that it shipped until I got it and was told that it took so long because they were out of boxes to ship. I will NEVER use Milestone again!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

Not hearing the auctioneer is difficult. Milestone posted 'bid faster' to push the bids, and 'last call' and another warning near the close of bidding. Sometimes 'last call' was repeated many many times. Inexplicably, sometimes on desirable items there was NO LAST CALL or warning but the item was simply hammered down. WHY? This happened at least 3 times during the evening I watched. Between the Buyer's Premium, and the inconsistent end of bidding, I don't think I will be bidding on any more Milestone Auctions.

The additional cost was 23 %. I've read many explanations for this fee, and I still don't understand why the buyer is penalized for a purchase. It makes no sense to me. It's like charging an entrance fee at a theater, and then charging another fee to see the play. This is unacceptable.

Very easy transaction, as an international customer they dealt with me very easily, quick and efficient. Paid and shipped on same day 7 days later at my door.

Second time in the last year I've gotten items from their auction. Can't be more happy with everything from accurate descriptions to easy payment and timely coordination with carefully wrapped merchandise.

I purchased four colt rifles. All were as described. I had never used their auction house so I called and emailed with questions. I received timely responses to all my questions. Milestone expertly wrapped my the guns and shipped them two per box via FedEx ground which saved me on shipping. I received regular tracking updates. I would buy from them again.

My first auction experience with Milestone Auctions went very well. I did contact the auction house by phone with questions and the representative that I spoke with provided the information that I requested. The photos and the descriptions of my item were sufficient and I did not ask for additional inspection. My item arrived within the stated shipping times. The shipping charges were reasonable and the packaging provided was very good. My item arrived as expected with no damage or issues, thanks again. DRM

I won the bid on a shotgun through Milestone Auctions and finalized the purchase. I contacted my FFL dealer to have them set up the transfer of the shotgun, after 2 weeks of not hearing about the shotgun I contacted my FFL dealer and they told me they have my information. I waited another week and still nothing. I then contacted Milestone Auctions and found out my FFL dealer never contacted them to receive my shotgun. Milestone then took the information of my FFL dealer and contacted them and within the week I received my new to me shotgun. Milestone Auctions, to me, went above and beyond on where they didn't have to do anything because on my non-responsive FFL dealer. I will definitely use Milestone Auctions again in the future on possible weapons that I may be interested in. As for my FFL dealer not so much. As for the shotgun itself, Milestone Auctions accurately described the weapon and annotated every blemish that was on the weapon. I am a very satisfied bidder at Milestone Auctions.
