This was my second experience with Milestone Auctions and it was as positive as the first. I sincerely appreciate the fact that their shipping department used as small a box as possible, to keep shipping costs under control, but didn't sacrifice on assuring that my item was protected extremely well during shipping. In addition, my item was shipped out very quickly after my payment. Much thanks and two thumbs up on a very nice auction experience.

The Milestone team are great to deal with, I am an international buyer and it gives me a lot of confidence to deal with Milestoe Auctions.

All went very smoothly and they shipped very fast. The packing of the items I bought was well beyond what I expected at a price that was very fair to say the least. I will be bidding at their auctions again. I know by this past experience that I can buy from them and they will take care of my purchase as well or better than I myself would. Accurate descriptions, fast shipping, professional

Milestone Auctions was easy and professional to work with. The description was accurate and photos enhanced the written description. it was well packed and arrived exactly as it was described. It's a great little theater and is in good condition. Looking forward to another auction with Milestone Auctions!

Outstanding Service

Quick to invoice and fast shipping. The only thing I can complain about was the numbers on the rifle did not match. This was not disclosed in the description. However, the auction house immediately offered to take it back. Good customer service!

Have done business with Milestone for several years and always found their item descriptions to be more than honest. Questions regarding specific items were answered by Miles himself. The bidding process runs smoothly, as does their invoicing, payment processing, and in house shipping which is terrific. Never a concern whether bidding on low end or high end items.

Item arrived in significantly different condition than as described and pictured in auction listing. Milestone initially offered to refund the buyers premium, but when I requested a refund of the shipping cost as well as the buyers premium, they broke off all communication.
