Disappointed in the representation of the jewelry. Eric's did accept one piece back with a 20 % restocking fee. Email communication was good. First time I participated in an on-line auction so a steep learning curve.

I can't wait until they host another Auction! I loved their "terms & conditions"; It showed that they had a great sense of humor! The entire process was seamless & I was happy with the quality of the item (and at a reasonable price)! Hope to see you all soon! Cary

I had a few questions to ask via email and my emails were responded to promptly and politely by Eric. These were my first online auctions and I was very satisfied with the products I purchased and the service!

In viewing an item it showed 1k gold for the content, Emailed Eric's and ask if this was correct or an error. They emailed back stated that it was an error and should have been 14k. They were very appreciative and thanked me for the notification. The jewelry I've purchased from them comes in a protective soft sleeve and gift boxed, which is very much appreciated.

They were great. My payment included shipping and all went very smooth. To bad Baker's is so uncooperative!! Kathy

In the second question the N/A response was checked because I did not have any question or concern to be addressed by the auction house so i cannot evaluate this point.

Still shows on my account that I have to pay for the orders not sure why that is? I paid and the item shipped so there seems to be a disconnect on that end.

I really have liked dealing with this Auction house. Eric has been SO responsive, and what I have purchased has been exactly as described and has arrived to be even better than expected. I look for his auctions... prices are great and so is the value... and most importantly, the descriptions of the items are complete-size, color, etc, and that is so important when deciding whether and/or what amount to bid.

The items purchased were lovely and more impressive than expected. I had only one address on file with you and could not change shipping to my work address which was my only issue. The items arrived at my home promptly, well packed, and quite quickly too!

The auction houses, such as this one, that ship small items like this on their own are recommended. These small items should not have to be turned over to one of their recommended shippers who charge $20 just to have an item picked up. I know that gas prices have gone up, but a $20 charge for picking up a small pendant and then another $35 to ship it, is ridiculous.

Bought two lots. Excellent experience with both. First time buying from them; would do so again. Rating so far: Excellent By the way... I wish you had a mechanism for giving feedback on everyone. Bought Sterling on line from South Beach Auctions 270 South Country Road, Palm Beach, FL, 33480/Gary Kokot $640 payment. Talk about scams. My credit card company took care of the problem. And I see that other auctioneers have relisted items purchased by this Gary Kokot and not paid for. AND I keep getting garbage solicitations from him on Linked In, etc. Something slimy going on folks.
