Outstanding after purchase service.
I won a crystal lot from this auction house-they handled the packing and shipping entirely on their own. This is typically miserable having to connect 3rd party shipper, get an estimate without exact weight or size, get it picked up, packed and shipped to me. Several times this process was as expensive as the crystal. The crystal was clean, well packed and exactly as described. I really appreciate their service

The smallest brooch I ever seen in my life
Check the measurements very carefully before you did. Description said about 30 pearls around the brooch, l literally need a magnifying glass to see them.

I am so sorry that you are disappointed in your purchase. In our description, we posted the measurements of the pearls (each is 1mm in diameter) as well as the overall dimensions of the brooch (1 1/8 inches long by 1/2 inch wide). Given we disclosed all of these measurements, there should not have been a surprise regarding the dimensions of the piece. But even though the brooch is not large, I hope you would agree that it is still a beautiful antique piece of jewelry. Thank you, Eric
