Couldn't have asked for a better auction experience.
I was kept in the loop once the item I bid on was won. Shipping was very fast after payment and tracking was also provided. Very professional!

Overpriced shipping
Shipping is extreamly overpriced but whatever. The earrings dont look like the photo 100 % would be nice for non stock images. 4/5

Hi Christopher, thanks for your purchase and your feedback. I hear your concern about shipping costs but included in that cost is insurance, individual jewelry box, packing materials, and the labor involved to ship the item. Other auction houses charge for those things with higher bid prices or a buyers premium (we have always had zero buyers premium) but we include that in the shipping cost. I hope you would agree that even with that charge, our pieces are priced way under retail prices and you are getting an exceptional value. Eric

Chances are Eric himself will answer your calls. This auction house is willing to provide other services, such as resizing rings. Excellent service, no buyer’s premium at last auction. Believe this auctioneer is honest & reputable. Nice not to worry! Have had some bad experiences with less-than-honest auction houses with overly inflated “values”. Nice to find one I think I can trust!

Weights
I have learned that the pictures can be misleading; pay attention to the weight of the pieces you are bidding on for a more accurate picture of what you are buying. I am new to this, so I'm learning as I go.
