Wrote to the auction house. Called the auction house. Yes, understandably in these difficult times, working conditions are difficult but why not at least offer an automated response saying we're doing the best we can to get back to you and at least acknowledge the winning bidder? Instead nothing. No response when I had questions before the auction (although I did contact them at the last minute and so yes, my responsibility there)... and absolutely ** zero ** help from auction house after payment sent. Never spoke with a person there, ever. The local UPS Store went to ** great lengths ** to secure the items after I sent screen shots of what they needed to look for when they drove over to get the items for me from the auction house. UPS Store actually gets ** 5 = Stars! ** and that is the only way that one can receive your goods unless you pick up yourself. Of course, one would pick up the goods if one lived nearby but if an auction house is using a bidding platform that allows bidding from all over the world.. one needs to step up to the plate when it comes to communication at least. The UPS store went above and beyond their duties... they all deserve raise. Furthermore, they were told how to ship the items by the auction house in a way that would have cost 2x as much... UPS staff were willing to discuss this with me and corrected this so that my items were shipped within a reasonable amount of money and shipped immediately once this was all solved. Shipping through them is highly professional. I recommend speaking with them prior to auction. The auction house requires a release of goods to the UPS Store... and be sure to email UPS to facilitate the required document post-auction. This is really unpleasant news... and I'm sorry to report this during a time when we're all doing the best we can... but I hope to have some kind of acknowledgement when I buy something. My biggest failure as a bidder was not reading nor heeding the other reviews. Caveat emptor.

No value here owner is only interested in himself and not the value of his customers buyers and sellers beware. Not helpful in these stressful times don’t recommend his business or his humanity.

The auction was spirited. The response was great. I had the Lots in no time flat. Everything you could want with an auction house.

This auction house makes a very good job. From Buying to shipping everything was ok!

This was an amazing lot of buttons! Even better than expected. It came with a large glass jar and the auction house offered me a discount on shipping if they didn't send the jar. I opted to take the jar but I appreciated the choice. The item was shipped quickly. I will buy from them again!

1st time dealing with Cordier, I look forward to future dealings with them.

Shipping too expensive-more than double the cost of USPS. I wish auction houses would ship their own items, especially smaller items. However, the shipping firm was friendly and helpful

On-line bidding lacks the excitement of bidding in person. It’s best to be able to see items in person to make a final decision on whether to bid or not. In upcoming firearms auctions it will be very hard to make informed decisions without seeing the firearm in question. This also applies to all items auctioned, not just firearms. Lastly, the increased fees for on-line bidding are a big negative.

Great to deal with this auction house. All went perfect.

The owner is hands on, he posses character and honest. His personal interaction with the purchase was appreciated.

Beware and get quote before buying, shipping cost are gouging. One and done with this auction house. With excessive shipping cost, I would think auction houses are only hurting themselves and will lose customers.

Major flaw not shown in photos. I dislike third-party shipping but that seems to be way most auction houses go-S/H always too high. There was a delay in transfer of item to shipping company; but it worked out OK. Shippers very helpful, and once they received the item, shipping was quick and well packed.

I got there and it took half an hour to get a few items the clerk did not know where anything was and very slow
