From start to when we picked the items up, these folks were the best ever to do business with. They represented the items with accuracy and were professional and personable until we were able to make the trip to pick our items up. We are already looking forward to our next trip out!

I was very pleased with the item and the shipping provider did a great job too. However Live Auctioneers used an out of date Amex card I had on file with their site and immediately paid the auctioneer without my knowledge. For some reason Amex processed the charge even though the card date had expired. I contacted them asking why and got no clear explanation. I was planning on using a different card for the purchase. I found out about this when I called the auction house to pay for the item with the card I wanted to use for this purchase. They told me it had already been paid for!! I ended up having to pay 4K cash for the item on my next Amex gold card bill. Extremely unhappy with Live Auctioneers. Rarely can log onto their site easily. Have missed many auctions because their site is barely compatible with my newer iPad. My experience with Live Auctioneers has been very hit and miss, mostly miss!

With a little bit of pre-work and familiarizing myself with the online auction process, it went smooth. I contacted the auction house upfront to ask a few questions and was fully confident the morning of bidding to just jump in. Most of all, it was fun!
