I received all three items that were bid upon in a timely manner. One of the items was broken, but it looked like it was broken in the picture too. I wish the descriptions had been more descriptive, but for $5, I was satisfied with my purchase. The Shelley plates were in immaculate condition and the pin was just what I expected and, I believe, a deal. I would order from them again.

Great communication and accuracy

I placed a winning bid on an item but did not win it! Sent an email, they requested live auctioneers history, it showed I had the winning bid but they did nothing but send me the report.

I wasn't able to pick up an item from a previous auction and later bought an item that had to be picked up at a home site. very easy transaction

I started bidding with Deja Vu in late 2020 and feel extremely fortunate I've only spent a couple thousand with them and haven't made a big ticket purchase from them, given their inaccurate condition and unwillingness to take responsibility for their oversight. The Daum glass vase I purchased for a little less than $1, 000 from them specified a condition of: "VERY GOOD CONDITION, MINOR LOSS OF FINISH TO INSIDE-DP42321" The listing had a whopping 12 pictures! Yet the only consequential area of issue which was quite obvious, was easy to identify and dismiss as the "MINOR LOSS OF FINISH" they referred to. While a bunch of other tiny chips or fleabites were also present and should have been mentioned or more prominently imaged, they really aren't important. The minor loss to finish however, was in face an internal fracture/chip from impact. Which is significant. Upon contacted them, their immediate reply was, "Please call us at **********-**********-XXXX. That was not present at time of shipping". I showed the damage was visible in pictures but that they referred to it as a loss to finish instead of a break in the glass. At that point they become much less responsive, didn't want to take accountability, told me it was visible in the pictures and ultimately stopped responding. I've won nearly 5, 400 lots on Liveauctioneers and have spent well over $2 million to date, yet this will incredibly be the first time I will ship an item back and file a dispute with my credit card.

No better auction house around! Super people that actually pay on time and my husband and I are amazed at the amount of money we made at the last auction. The only thing is I couldn't help buying more!!!!

Very unclear in the check out process. Did not realize that after paying, I then have to pay for shipping separately in order to have item sent. I won this over a month ago and still have not received.

This isn't the first time I've been on things from this auction house and every time it's the same. Invoice came fast I paid and before I knew it stuff was at my door there was just hardly any days in between purchase and in my house these guys work well together and it shows

The problem was in the shipping-no fault of DejaVu. It was three weeks before item was sent, partly due to poor communications with shipper.

I have purchased from Deja Vue auctions a few times now and find that they are great to deal with. They are always responsive to email and phone calls and provide excellent service in their shipping. Buy from them without reservation!
