After seeing literally 1, 000’s of items they sell sometimes within a month, it’s amazing to see that I can reach them with the few questions that I have had regarding pick up of the items I purchase. I have been a customer over the last several years. Although I don’t buy many high dollar items, they have always accommodated me with the pick up of them. Steven does a amazing job coordinating it all, which is something that I could never imagine doing. Always look forward to their next sale.

They take great care of the customer and I think it is a joyful experience every time I get to speak with one of. their staff or the owner. I love shopping with them and when I need something I look to see if they can help me.

I purchased an item won in auction. I paid as soon as invoice was received. It says they can ship small items themselves. Never received a bill for shipping. I finally emailed them and was told the item was to big to for them to ship. I was emailed a couple different options. I called one of the places that would be able to get measurements directly from auction house. After a couple days was told it would cost $150 to ship this small chair. I called auction house again and asked for measurements so I could see what it would cost to ship using any of the other options given. I was told oh I thought is was bigger than it is. We can ship it for $50. They still never gave me measurements. I paid the $50 shipping. I never received tracking info. When I called again to ask for tracking info. I was offered a refund. Long story short I never received the item. When I called today was told the money should be back in my account tomorrow. I personally would not bid in any of their auctions again.
