I was shocked by how much it cost to ship a one pound at most face mask if it weight that much since it was composed of wood and, straw, and leather from their business to the Atlanta area. The cost was over one-hundred dollars and shipped through the USPS. So be careful and find out how much it will cost to ship prior to bidding on an item.

They were very nice, sent refund + postal cost of shipping item back. Very nice people to deal with, even when there is a glitch.

Set of rare baseball cards was described as being in excellent condition when 2 of the cards had damaged corners. Not sure if they were already damaged or if it occurred during shipping due to poor packaging. The cards were in the soft “penny” sleeves and could have easily shifted around during shifting. I pod a premium price but did not receive premium service.

Auction house shipped to wrong address-package lost. Bad communication, had to open a dispute for refund.. Very unhappy with this transaction.

Very accommodating about my pick up item and holding it for some time until we could arrange the travel there. Assisted in getting into the back of our SUV and even gave us a blanket pad for the trip! Item just as expected, too.

The auction house was very friendly and responded very quickly to questions,. So no issues there. There was a large scratch on a photo I bought and I feel it should have been put in the description. I do take much responsibility for being new to the game and not asking for a detailed condition report. I am sure the issue would have been brought to my attention by the auction house had I did. A lesson learned! The major disappointment I have is with the care taken after the auction. When I picked up my $1300 photos they were laying out on a table in the middle of a fed/ex store, unprotected from dust, debris or people coming in or out. I never even asked for the items to be shipped, I wanted to pick them up. The auction should have reached out via phone or email before sending my photos off to a storage warehouse. This should be a courtesy as they do charge a buyers premium. I do want to state that this is all constructive feedback for the auction house. I have learned through this process and I hope they will too.

Please state the size of the object you are offering. I was surprised how small the sculpture was. The way it was presented made it look much larger than it was.
