I was satisfied with the auction house itself, but the shipping cost was excessive. $210.00 dollars for 1 item that weighed less than 15 lbs is quite excessive. I will not participate in another auction with this company. I know they do not control the shipping process but I simply can't afford to pay shipping costs of that magnitude. Thank you

Shipping contractor was a joke. Shipping charges were nearly as much as the items. They were willing to negotiate down the cost of de-framing a photo if I left a positive Google review for them. Fortunately, Indrove 2 hours and picked up my items directly. Total scam, would not trust them, makes me think twice about purchasing from this auction house again.

I buy 3 lots 17.03.2018, I paid 19.03.2018! but so far my 3 lots have not even been sent. I'm tired of writing letters and looking for my lots! and ask them to send my lots! ********** **********! ********** Auction!!! it was the only time I took part in it!! ********** Freaks!!! Return my money. I do not want to get lots! I just want to get my money!! **********! **********.

I have not received the 2002 Monte Carlo that I purchased. The seller and Auction Co are in a dispute over money owed. This purchase was made 3-4 weeks ago. The auction co (Joann) has been in contact with me however, I don't have the vehicle. Legal action will be my next recourse. What a shame live auctioneer!

The minimum bids were all close to the retail value of the item. I prefer absolute auctions with no minimum and no bid rigging by the auctioneer and staff. I am for free market which is hard to find on line.

The item is nice condition, and I am glad I purchased it. The Shipper was very thorough and the item arrived in Great condition. However, shipping was very expensive.

Once they got my money, they have now disappeared. Shipper was never given my item and Mid-Hudson has not responded in a week.

I loved the auction, but the shipper could not find my items for approximately 1 week after picking them up and it was actually the auction house that had to get the shipper to get their act together. Beyond this the items were fantastic and I would bid in their auction again.

Somehow it appears they lost 2 of my items. Still waiting to see if they will find them or not.

They lost one of the items I paid for, I still haven't received a refund or the product, the other item I purchased I still haven't received either, still waiting on it also. the auction was over almost two months ago, I have opened a claim with paypal because they have stopped responding to my emails or calls. Very dissatisfied, not a good way to do business.

I told you on a reply to this that I did not buy anything from them but I looked at another web site that I have bought on and it was there. The only thing I didn't like was that the description said there was a crack on the back side but they did not say that it came through to the front. I bought this at such a great price that I can't complain about anything but if I had paid alot more I would have been upset.

you also sent me this survey a few weeks ago about Fairfield auction.... I was so annoyed with their lack of response and long time to finalize that I did not even fill in the survey..... now less annoyed about them..... I can say I don't think I would ever do business with Fairfield again

1) the descriptions are poor. No dimensions or condition are ever mentioned. 2) Shipping costs are OUTRAGIOUS! I will NEVER use UPS Store again. That is, if any auction house is using UPS Store as their preferred shipping method, I will NOT bid on their auctions.

item arrived with a medium chip in the base that was not shown or described....

The work they sold me was fake which is of course upsetting. The did, however, voluntarily give me a full refund which was appreciated.

There is very little information on condition. Also, the shipping cost seemed extremely high.

The items described are not the ones I received. There was theft involved. I'm extremely angry.
