I have worked with STAIR several times. They are consistently professional in the conduct of their auctions and courteous in post-auction communication. I recommend them highly.

I have used STAIR Auctions several times. They offer excellent artworks which they describe accurately. The post-auction experience is always professional. For shipping with STAIR, I use UPS Store 4541. The manager there is Todd and he and his crew are professionals and I will use their services again.

I have worked with STAIR a few times. While their payment system is a bit convoluted, their customer service is tip top. The items they auction are authentic and their descriptions are good. For this sale I used UPS store 4541 to ship my lots. Todd and Yasmin are first rate and I won't hesitate to use their services again.

Stair is a consistently enticing source of art from artists I seek. It is a bit out of the way, so I am able to compete for lots at better than average prices. The people there are wonderfully helpful too. HOWEVER, it is a long drive to retrieve purchases and their list of preferred shippers is awful. The grief in dealing with that process makes me think twice now about bidding on borderline choices. But I still can't overlook opportunities there.

I have done business with STAIR in the past and will do so again in the future. For this transaction, shipping was slow, but STAIR is still working to develop its list of shippers. This was a minor inconvenience and both the auction house and the shipper I used are working to improve customer service. I look forward to doing business with STAIR in the future.

I paid for my items immediately and have contacted the auction house and the shippers they recommend several times and still really haven't heard from the shippers regarding shipping my items. How many phone calls does it take for action? I'm too busy to follow up again, and will deal with it later... pretty grim customer service...

Item was better than described.
