Rentzels was good at fixing the shipping problem, but I feel that they should allow buyers to choose their shipper, and just offer suggested shippers.

TOTALLY DID NOT LIKE MY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS AUCTION SERVICE...

This auction house didn't seem concerned at all about buyers requests to ship Items in one box to save on shipping. They packed items in two smaller box's so they could get two lot and handling fees and then shipped them at the most expensive option without consulting buyer. I buy in auctions at least once a week and can honestly say this is the most ridiculous shipping charges I have ever seen. I was charged $135.00 dollars to ship two medium box's that I calculated could have been shipped for half that or less If they where concerned at all about getting a reasonable shipping fee for their customers. When I shared my concerns about shipping charges with the gentleman who answers the phones he was quite rude and said that's the way they work. I would recommend they let someone with a little more respect answer the phones. I paid the ridiculous shipping charges but will never buy from this auction company again. Their premiums are bad enough without getting taken advantage of on shipping. Think twice before buying from this auction company.

Very high quality and very pleasant people to deal with. Shipping was a bit much but oh well.

This was the best auction house I have been part off. Fast shipping of items and reasonable prices. A + + in my book. Great addition to my coin op collection.

Anytime I called with a question. Owner personally answered and took care of my request. Even offered to meet my shipping company after hours if needed...

Rentzels has been a favorite auction house and continues to impress me with the quality of their auctions and the responsiveness of their work. Really happy with these folks.

Rentzel does a good job. Not sure this kind of auction works for me, after fees and shipping (and handling) can often exceed the cost of the won item.

This auction house does NOT have in house shipping (even for small items). It seems that the shippers take advantage of buyers and overcharge for shipping. Some 3rd party shippers excessive pick up fees e. g. 25.00 for one item (small item). As in this cases shipping ended up being more than paid for item.

We had a question regarding shipping and staff immediately had a solution that satisfied both parties. They show great courtesy and care about their bidders. A MUST FOR COLLECTORS!!!!!!!

When you pay, it says that it may take several days to verify the payment. I didn’t get notified so I was waiting until one day a shipping company contacted me with a cotation! On Rentzel website I made sure to specify that the billing address and the shipping address were different! Good thing I double checked the shipping because it wasn’t the right delivery address.
