EXCELLENT AUCTION EXPERIENCE.

I had a question about a lot I wanted to bid on.. I received a response promptly; shipping was fast (a little expensive since it's not in-house). I would definitely bid again from this auction house.

Some repairs that greatly effect the value were not mentioned in the description.

Descriptions are very brief and packing job was poor. The antique porcelain bisque heads were literally stuffed with cheap thick newspaper. The rockers could have easily broken. It took me a long time to carefully cut away at all that newspaper that was crammed into the dolls head. In addition, the porcelain bisque heads were not contained in a cardboard like other auction companies pack theirs. I purchased 4 expensive dolls and they were all stuffed/forced into one box. I won't be doing business with this company again. Very disappointed that the huge, obvious crack on the doll was not disclosed at all. You are taking a huge risk purchasing antique dolls from this auction company! I would wait for better auctions to buy antique dolls.

Payment process for absentee bidders way too cumbersome. Shipping service, in particular the packing, was far below standard. Old newspaper for packing material???

My purchase was on april 3, it is now april 17 and I have still not recieved my items. I do not call this great service. I also bought a rock from Germany, a while back and it was never delivered. It was traced and delivered to texas, but can not be found. So I would say I am not a happy camper

I’m wondering when my latest purchases which I paid for a week ago will ship?

I never know if i won the item. How do i pay for it? The invoice is not always attached to my account. The auction house never contacts me regarding shipper or amount due, your process is terrible. I get frustrated because i see on my account is delinquent.
