Excellent communicator. Very patient with me as a first time purchaser from California. Shipping was appropriate for the item won. Man, the packaging was more than excellent. Arrived safe and sound with without any damage.

Item I won, "was lost", replacement item was shipped almost 2 months later, broken, and would cost more to fix than it was worth. Very disappointed

Purchased an item at the Labor Day sale paid on 9/3/19. After numerous calls and threats. I was advised that they did not have the time they listed for sale. On 10/15 I was finally issued a credit after they held my money for a month and a half. No explanation, no apology. Just a credit to an account that was closed due to fraud. I just hope at the end of the day I get my money back. BAD BUSINESS. Don't sell what you do not have! Ask them before you bid if they have the item. It took a threat of police action to get them moving.

Item I purchased at auction was received damaged. I returned the item to Churchill galleries per their direction for a refund. I never heard another word from them regarding a full refund or anything else. I filed a case with paypal. Churchill galleries never responded to paypals requests. Ultimately paypal refunded my purchase price, but not the return postage. Don't buy from Churchill galleries, They are scammers with zero integrity. STAY AWAY!!!!

The merchandise was high quality and in great condition. The shipping price was reasonable and efficient.

I found this Barbara A. Wood print on Live auctioneers. I had never dealt with an online auction company before but my experience has been one that I will definitely use them again. I won the item and any questions that I had were immediately responded to. Would definitely do business with them again.

I would definitely do business with them again. From buying my piece to receiving it, everything went smoothly with no hassles.

They are not very truthful in their responses to shipping dates.

Never did get Item

I received a piece of art with a reserve of $100 and $60 for shipping.. I bid, expecting the piece to be worth that amount. It was not. A tattered, stained and broken piece of garbage arrived in a poorly constructed homemade package more than 3 weeks after the auction. I am not happy. At all.

I can't really answer the shipping question because I still have not received the item I won.

I have filed a complaint with PayPal to get a refund. Churchill refused to ship my item saying they are too busy. Then they said they shipped it but refused to provide tracking info.
