Circumstances Beyond Our Control
Bank Check was found 10 days after mailing, Original shipping costs were way too much, finally adjusted down, it took almost a month to get item, hopefully won't happen again. Unfortunately conversations got somewhat heated. Item was as described.

Thank you for bidding with us. We offer 2 approved shipping options. Bidders can easily obtain a quote prior to bidding. Buyers can also use a shipper of their choosing. Our shippers ship as we receive payment. We, unfortunately, cannot control the speed of the US mail.

Shipping was a terrible
There is only one shipping option and they make you get permission from the auction to get something shipped without insurance. Even though I had paid for the item and it belonged to me. They want to charge you as much as they can because they also added a required signature that was not requested or needed. Great Auction, but terrible shippers.

Thank you for bidding with us! Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. We offer two options in our terms. We screened these two shippers to insure proper packing. The buyer can always choose their own shipper outside of our recommendation. We do not recommend leaving high value items on a doorstep with no signature required. We do require that the buyer signs off on no signature and or insurance in case of theft or damage.

Clearly a communication problem. We responded several times. Buyer did not understand our messages and often did not respond back to us. Did not understand shipping policy or payment policy.

47.75 way too high for shipping and insurance, could ship priority mail and be cheaper on buyer.

Buyers are able to receive a shipping quote prior to the auction. We refrain from using the USPS due to high amount of lost packages and difficulty in tracking and collecting insurance.

Safe Relaible Place to Buy
With so many auctioneers using the shipping fees as a way to make additional revenue, that was not the case here. The fees were from a 3rd party and they were fair and the shipping process was fast and efficient.

Excellent communication. Accurate product description. Fast transaction.
Invoicing was very fast and payment easy. Shipping was conducted quickly and packaging was practically bulletproof. The antique plates, bowl and pitcher were in excellent condition and just as described. One of the quickest and easiest interactions I have had in my many Liveauctioneers purchases.
