I’ve won 15 + items over 4 different auctions. Each one was managed perfectly and no issues at all. Packaging is almost hilariously taped in excess but that’s not a bad thing. Just buy an extra 2-3 knives or scissors before your package comes.

Hi. I won from this auction house around 8 to 10 lots in the past two years. They clearly state the shipping cost BEFORE you place a bid. many other places dont. I assume since they are in Canada, there is no sales tax charged to USA addresses? I just had a bad transaction with another auction house. The OTHER place has tons of auctions on liveautioneers. They charged me: sales tax, huge closing fees, shipping, handling, processing fees with credit card, and even the cost of the small box that they could have put into a post office flat rate box. Les Collectibles is the best. I never get nickled and dimed by them. But, if you request additional photos to be posted, or to be sent to your direct email... they wont do it. I asked three times on another auction, and never got it. so, I didnt bid on that item. But, compared to other places, they are fast to send you an invoice, and you know ahead of time what you will pay without hidden fees. thanks

I've attended Les Collectibles auctions multiple times and they've always been an outstanding auction house. The photos of items is accurate and the bidding and shipping processes are worry free. I highly recommend them.

Les Collectibles has the nerve to submit a dispute even thou my CC is on file and they never sent an invoice nor call me for any question related and I have good standing with all the auctioneers

I have dealt with this house three times, each with a postive result. On one occasion I had to call them on the phone and was immediately taken care of. My inquiry was instantly answered by a courteous and knowledgable young woman. They know how to run a business and treat a customer.

Just the best-bidding-paying & great shipping

I bought $300 + with them. Then they shipped the items to an old address I lived at, that somehow was either in a financial payment system or an online processor before clarifying the shipping address with me. Postal service delivers it to said wrong address-where somebody should have signed for it. USPS finds no fault on their end. I do not blame the firm, but they should really clarify where stuff is sent exactly rather than anything kicked out by a "trusted" source. Meanwhile I'm still out $300 plus regardless.
