I bought several items from Les Collectibles, including one (was described) as "sterling silver" matchbox. In reality it is a silver plate and not a sterling silver. I email to Les but never get response. It is not end of the world, but if you came to public then be part of public and not a scammer.

A very responsive auction house, responding quickly to questions. The description did not mention a torn lug which needed repair-but I was still happy to win receive the rare chronograph.

I paid, they did NOT check their email payments well (my Paypal is under my unmarried name-however there was an invoice number attached to the payment). I sent a copy of the Paypal information directly to Les Collectibles, yet they STILL denied that I had sent my payment! After all was said and done, they sent a poorly worded apology, after threatening to "BAN" me from EVER doing business with them, and told me they HAD received my payment and FINALLY have sent my package. TERRIBLE auction house. They don't need to ban me I will NOT be doing business with them in the future!

Tried to contact them after purchase for differences between the photo and received item, but they haven't replied (yet).

The items were as described. The time between payment and shipping was a bit longer than I expected (1 week to ship, 1 week for delivery to the US from Canada)

I am extremely satisfied with the service that I received for my first transaction with Les Collectibles. The item photos gave me a good idea as to what I was bidding on. The stickers that I purchased were packaged VERY well, and were delivered without any damage or issues at all! Since winning this auction, I have won another auction from this seller, and I am excited to receive that package, too! Les Collectibles offers unique OPC releases that are scarce in the U. S., and they offer a good variety of these items. Because of my recent purchase, I was able to complete a set that I had been working on for quite a while! 5 Stars!!

ONLY PROBLEM I HAVE IS THEY NEVER TELL YOU WHEN THEY ARE MAILING YOUR ITEM OUT WITH TRACKING NUMBER, AND I HAVE TO EMAIL THEM FOR IT NUMEROUS TIMES, OTHER THEN OUT EVERYTHING IS FINE.
