This auction house Will take care of your won items and shipping was lightning fast

I bid and won 3 Barbie dolls All dolls in poor condition, however one doll was completely crumpled in a bunch of pieces. Not shown in photos. Just a pile of broken plastic pieces. Totally unacceptable. Reached out with complaint, only to have a return answer of "you take risks buying at an auction".. and that they have no solution. Just suck it up basically. Very rude condescending reply, and on top of that taking no responsibility for the fact they sent me a totally broken doll. Not at all usable. Not at all like the photo!... Buyers beware. You will have no recourse from this company if you buy something in a bid and it is not as described in the photos when you receive it. They will leave you out in the cold. This company will rip you off. The auction house is Les Collectibles. DON'T DEAL WITH THIS UNDERHANDED BUSINESS PRACTICE. BUYER/BIDDERS BEWARE. I truly wish I could add a photo here of what I actually received.
