They need to offer a more friendly system for shipping

They were very easy to deal with, the only issue I had was their estimates were very high.

I have not yet received the item won in auction. They said I did not pay for shipping, however invoice indicated that shipping was paid. I do not know what the problem is. Invoice was paid immediately.
