Photos not accurate..
Game board had very high varnish shine-NOT what the photo showed, will not purchase again-no age to the the game board...

Auction house is very easy to work with
I made multiple purchases, and they offered to ship my items at cost but as it turns out I had a friend to pick up my purchases on my behalf. They were also easy to reach over the phone. I would love to purchase from them again in the future. A + + +, 5 stars

What a great Auction House. Photos were great and really represented the items well. The shipping outlet they used was fantastic and packed the items with such care. It was a happy day when they arrived! Thanks so much will definitely follow and hopefully purchase again.

The over the top extra padding of their profit
I expect a company to make a profit off an auction BUT this company goes over board. High buyers premium, plus processing fee, PLUS a five dollars fee for EACH LOT shipped. On top of all this to ship a few books I was charged a total of twenty dollars. Most anyone knows books go media mail at a fraction of the cost. So no I would not suggest buying from this auction house. There are many other one out there that are better, nicer and understand profit margins.

Michael, I am sorry you feel that way. When you signed up for the Auction you saw what the buyers premium was, It also stated that there was a handling fee to be charged. We also sent your books to you Via Media Mail as you requested. I spoke with you on the phone and you were aware of all of this however you still left a 1 Star review. I am sorry that this was something you felt was Expensive however these were all things that you knew going into buying your lot. Also, Live Auctioneers Collects the Processing Fee, Live Auctioneers also get 5 % of the buyers Premium Back. Hopefully, going forward you will be more aware of the terms and conditions of a sale prior to bidding and then leaving a bad review. Although, you did say the product was very well represented on the phone I do not see that review.
