[SILK SUSPENSION CLOCK]. Napoleon a Cheval: Silk Suspension Mantle Clock. [France, ca. 1830]. French bronze and ormolu silk thread mantle clock, with two color gilt patina, of Napoleon on his horse, and an eagle and cross cannon base on scrolled feet. Approximately 10 x 14 ½ x 3 ½”. The silk thread movement is unsigned with a silvered dial. Overall good condition, with reattached horse tail, minute hand broken off (present), one rear foot loose. Untested.
