This is a medical certificate for Mme. Josephine Boulanger and her arm injuries. Larrey states that she’s had some improvement to the use of her injured arm. Larrey was a pioneering military surgeon, having served with Napoleon in Egypt and Russia. He also successfully operated on Fanny Burney for breast cancer while she was in France.
