Vintage Glazed Patina Italian Solid Terracotta Sitting Guardian Lions - Pair
Gorgeous vintage Pair of Italian Green Patina Glazed Solid Terracotta Sitting Guardian Lion Statues. This Handsome Pair of Lions are from The Tuscany Region of Italy. Each feature abundantly flowing manes, an attentively snarling face, nicely carved feet, and good definition of the rib cages on their strong bodies. The lions are in seated position with heads tilted slightly downward, each Asymmetrical Right and Left with a raised Paw upon a Shield Featuring The Crest of Florence. Both have been Originally Covered in a Green Patina Glaze but have developed a Natural Patina Nicely visible, particularly Accenting The Face and Mane.
This Pair of Terracotta Guardian Lion Statues can be used Both In or Outdoors.
