Description
A hunting hanger of the German Shooting Association and a chain of the "Schützenkönig Kraft durch Freude Gau Wien"Maker Robert Klaas, Solingen. Nickel-plated wedge blade with etched hunting scenes and trophies. Nickel-plated pommel and crossguard, the counterguard embellished with a splinted, partially enamelled shooting association emblem. Ivory-coloured plastic grip (crack on the lower edge) with applied gilt crossed rifles. Leather scabbard with nickel plated fittings. Black leather frog and leather loop. Length 54 cm.The rifle chain made of 29 coins (26 x 50 Reichspfennige, 2 x 1 Reichsmark and 1 x 2 Reichsmark), the final medallion with an engraved KDF emblem in the front and a corresponding inscription in the back. Length approx. 45 cm.Condition: II +
