Description
British. 1914-1918. Handcrafted piece that depicts a satirical take on a British soldier towering over German Kaiser Wilhelm II while stating "How do you like me now? Did I grow enough?" While the British army was small and was dismissed by the Kaiser as a "little army", it ultimately played a vital role in stopping German advance across Belgium and into France. N/A
