Early Gardner "Photographer of the Army of the Potomac" backmark found on wartime CDVs. CONDITION: fair to good overall, light faded, light thin signature, soiled, stained edges, remnants of adhesive label on reverse, mounted in 8" x 12" mats with clear window showing both sides, attached with archival corner mounts and Gardner history of photo.
