Hetian Jade Rabbit of the Ming Dynasty, 4.8cm in height, 5cm in width and 87.5g in weight, produced in the Suzhou jade carving workshop (Su style) of the Ming Dynasty, it is a hand play piece for the study. Made of Hetian bluish white jade with natural reddish brown patina. Adopting the round carving technique, the jade rabbit is in a squatting posture with smooth lines, natural patina and vivid expression, reflecting the characteristic of "delicate and vivid" of Su style jade carving. The Hetian jade rabbit of the Ming Dynasty (1368–1644 AD) has an auspicious theme and exquisite craftsmanship, with both play and collection values, and is a fine product of jade carving in the Ming Dynasty.
