An 1878 Morgan Silver Dollar, with 7 tail feather reverse. Composed of ninety percent silver and designed by George T. Morgan. The obverse portrays the left-facing profile of Lady Liberty adorned with a Phrygian cap, cotton blossoms, and wheat, with LIBERTY inscribed on the headband, encircled by thirteen stars, the motto E PLURIBUS UNUM, and the date 1878 positioned below. The reverse features a heraldic eagle with wings outstretched, clutching arrows and an olive branch, encircled by a laurel wreath, with inscriptions reading UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ONE DOLLAR, and IN GOD WE TRUST. Presented in a clear, plastic holder.
