This 1888 Morgan Silver Dollar, created by George T. Morgan, comes housed in a protective case. The obverse portrays Liberty wearing a Phrygian cap adorned with wheat and cotton, surrounded by stars and the inscriptions E PLURIBUS UNUM and the date 1888. The reverse, also by Morgan, presents an eagle with wings spread, holding arrows and an olive branch, encircled by a wreath and the inscriptions UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, IN GOD WE TRUST, and ONE DOLLAR.
