The body is decorated with repousse acanthus leaf accents and a petal shaped socket design, reflecting classical decorative influence. The underside is lined with green felt, and the form suggests use as either a lamp base or large candlestick with internal stabilization. No apparent maker's marks. XRF analysis indicates silver content of approximately 900 standard.

Condition: Good to fair overall antique condition with surface wear and patina consistent with age. Cut wire tube at base suggest the lamp was once electrified.
