Depicts a hunter or Highlander in a plumed cap accompanied by his hunting dog and capturing a stag. Hand-painted details, produced in the Staffordshire pottery district of England, with an expressive form and distinctive design. Measures approximately 13 1/2" H x 7 1/2" W x 3" D. Minimal age-appropriate crazing. Some surface imperfections on the base. Some abrasions noted.
