Innovative sculpture featuring an applied linear design frame with an unglazed surface and subtle finish. The inner sculptural element displays delicate black and transparent rainbow-toned glazes, forming an abstract figure or imaginative design. Theodora “Theo” Sable was a New York artist and designer who combined creativity with business vision. After teaching at Fordham University, she launched her jewelry design business in 1976 and exhibited in the Young Designers Room by 1978.
