A standard clear plastic Kodak Safety film; with text in the upper right corner reading in part "Cedars of Lebanon Hospital / Drs. E. Freedman and J. Billings / Name Marilyn Monroe / Date 3-5-52 / Ref. By Dr. M. Prinzmetal," showing the star's gallbladder, spine and partial ribcage; Dr. Myron Prinzmetal was a prominent Los Angeles cardiologist who requested that Marilyn get this x-ray; nine years later, she ended up having her gallbladder removed, so evidently she had been having issues with it for years.
