
RKO, 1952; yellow covers, marked "Final Script," dated "September 25, 1951," screenplay by Alfred Hayes, 115 pages, with the star's ownership signature penciled in the upper right corner of cover reading "Marilyn," as well as her other brief notes also penciled on cover reading in full "AR / No / 29783 / 11:30 AM / Andes AR7-8303 / important / Dick Smith / eyelashes / Monday / tuesday / thursday coming," interior pages have her character's name "Peggy" circled along with numerous penciled annotations, but these are not in Marilyn's hand ? possibly Natasha Lytess' notes as she was Marilyn's acting coach at this time; please note this script is in poor condition now with water damage evident around the margins, and the back cover missing, but the interior pages are still intact and legible.
