PRESSED CAVALIER POMADE JAR, translucent alabaster/clambroth and translucent starch blue hat and plum form cover, embossed "E. T. S & Co. / NY" under base. Boston & Sandwich Glass Co. 1865-1868, when perfumer Edward T. Smith was in business. 3 7/8" HOA.

Condition
Above average condition, with the cover having scattered light flaking to the rim and inner flange; the jar having moderate chipping to the rim and minor flakes to the two feet at the base edge.
