INDIAN WAR US ARMY CAVALRY PARADE UNIFORM - Consisting of an Artillery Captain's Parade Frock Coat with remnants of shoulder boards, worsted wool scarlet and black tape work, Goodwin's patent buttons dated July 27, 1875 & Matching Trousers with a scarlet stripe; PLUS Leather Kit, including: Pair of Riding Boots, 13" tall; Black Leather Leggings, 17" tall; Black Leather Saddle Bags (quite worn, stiff), roughly 14" x 18" doubled over; PLUS WWI Vintage Brown Leather Map Case, 10" x 11", with strap. Uniform is generally good, other than the shoulder boards, which have had their bullion edges removed.
