RARE Lionel Factory Prototype 6464 Boxcar

Letters with this car, dates ownership to circa 1963. It is a type IIA Royal Blue mold, painted dark blue with N&W Decals. It probably was one of the ideas for the MPC 6-9205 Made in 1970. It is dusty
