The entire process of leaving a bid, notification of winning the lot, payment and shipping were all smooth and professional.

Wonderful items, quick delivery. However, serious overcharging for shipping. This item was so light in weight I couldn't feel it in my hand. FIFTEEN DOLLARS to ship. Ridiculous!

Shipping is fast, but the jade bracelet is fake and the small bowl is a recent copy. the money was thrown away

The vase hadn't sold and they had posted a buy-it-now price, so I called and made an offer which they accepted. They told me the price, the shipping and the commission charge, charged my card and it was here the following week. No problems. I would deal with them ANY TIME.

Some rhinestones on this piece were missing and replaced with rhinestones which did not match the rest of the piece. This is information a collector is very interest to know. However, it was not noted in the auction. The piece is unique and I am happy to have it.
